We take responsibility for the personal information we collect about you, we aim to be transparent about how we handle it and we give you control of your information. We are committed to the privacy of all data, including personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

By “non-personally identifiable information," we mean statistical information about your visit to our website. Breach Notification Response Plan

Swank Motion Pictures will follow this process when a breach event is declared.
