HOW IT WORKS 

Trust us, you’re in good hands. We work with performing arts centers nationwide and pride ourselves on selecting titles that create the most memorable events.

Step 1: Request a quote.

Request a quote or call us at 1-800-876-5577. An Account Executive will reach out soon to talk about how to use movies to make this your most successful event yet. In the meantime, check out our movies and TV to see how you can entertain your audience.  

If you’ve already selected your date, chosen your title and are ready to license your movie, complete and submit the Exhibition Request Form so that we can quickly create your account.  

Step 2: Our team will contact you.

An experienced Account Executive will walk you through the next steps. Don’t have much time to plan? Let us do all the work – we can even build a custom schedule for you!

Step 3: Lock in your event or schedule.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. It’s wise to call at least two weeks prior to your event, but we can work with less notice if you’re in a pinch. We just need to know the date, movie and format.

Step 4: It’s time to promote.

Promoting your movie event is key to its success. Check out our promotional materials and try a few of these advertising methods to promote your event. For advertising restrictions, please see our FAQs.

• Hand out or hang up flyers.
• Send out mass email invites.
• Post to your performing arts or cultural center's social media accounts.
• Put up lawn signs.

For regularly scheduled movie events, consider branding your movie series with a memorable name like “Movie Mondays” or “Free Movie Friday.”

Step 5: Finalize last minute details.

Your movie should arrive at least two business days prior to your event. If you are not receiving a physical copy from Swank, make sure to get your own legal copy of the film. Prior to your event, we suggest showing the full movie using your equipment to make sure everything will go smoothly the day of.

Step 6: Have a Great Show!
