Synopsis

Eleven-year-old aspiring actress Vanessa (Alice Ziolkoski) and her three best friends savor their last summer before making the leap to middle school. As Vanessa prepares for a big audition, Lizzie welcomes home her war-veteran brother, Jess contends with the pain of her parents separating and Peri deals with a heavy secret weighing on her conscience.
