Synopsis
Remake of the 1935 film classic stars Marlon Brando as Fletcher Christian, the British naval officer who, in 1789, leads a revolt against an abusive, tyrannical ship captain in the South Pacific. A Best Picture nominee remade again in 1984 as "The Bounty," with Mel Gibson as Christian.
