Synopsis
Tovah Feldshuh narrates a chronicle of the 1911 fire at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory in New York that killed 146 people, most of them poor female immigrants, and its role in bringing about safer conditions in the workplace. The film includes interviews with victims' descendants; authors; and labor historians. Directed by Daphne Pinkerson.
