Synopsis
Animated adventures of two 16th-century con artists (voices of Kevin Kline and Kenneth Branagh) who find a map to the lost city of gold. Crisp animation; unremarkable story. Other voices include Rosie Perez. Elton John narrates and also wrote the songs with Tim Rice. The film marks the second animated feature from Dreamworks SKG (the first was “The Prince of Egypt”).
