Synopsis
Thirtysomething Eric throws one final party with all of his high-school friends at his dad's vacation house before the old man sells the place, and he tells everyone that it's going to be an orgy. However, when he starts to fall for the real-estate agent selling the house, he invites her to the party before realizing that might be a mistake.
